Our Sensitive Dog bar contains the fewest ingredients possible, plus additional coconut oil, cocoa butter and ground oatmeal.
Cocoa Butter is a great all round moisturiser, while Coconut Oil has gained cult status for it's skin soothing benefits, while oatmeal has been used for centuries to calm irritated skin.
There are no essential oils, fragrances or colourants in this bar - so if your dog is super sensitive or has damaged skin we recommend you start with this. We also recommend this bar for young puppies.
If their skin is happy and if they have scaley, scurfy or itchy skin you may then wish to try our Itchy Dog bar.
We always recommend that you avoid using any products on broken skin, and if you know your dog is sensitive do a patch test and wait 24 hours first. Our products are very gentle but each pup is unique!
Sensitive Dog has flakes of oatmeal as well as milled oatmeal in it - the idea is that these flakes become saturated during bathing and deposit mini doses of their lovely, soothing oat milk onto the coat. They are easy to rinse, dry or brush out and are not harmful for your dog.
Sizes
Our bars are available in two sizes. Mini is our sample size, it is also good as a portable bar, stocking filler, or for small breeds. If you have a larger dog, a furry dog or wash your dog often then we would recommend our Maxi size.
