Scrappy and Co is dedicated to providing gentle, skin friendly, nasty free, natural cleaning for dogs, while being environmentally friendly:

We are:
                                                   Plastic Free
We use biodegradable ingredients and compostable/recyclable packaging so our solid bars leave no trace. 

                                              Fragrance Free
Dogs don’t need to smell like baby powder, or cherries, or chocolate chip cookies, or any of those other synthetic fragrances you typically find in doggy shampoos.

Plus dogs have super sensitive noses, so you can multiply the scent of your current doggy shampoo by 1000 and that’s how it smells to your furry friend, and their friends, and all the other dogs nearby.

Our shampoo bars take their fragrance from the essential oils used in them. Oils that are added for their specific benefits to your dog’s skin and coat - this means that the fragrance of our shampoo bars is very subtle. Your dog will smell clean but not perfumed.

Artificial Colourant Free
As far as we’re concerned there’s no need to use artificial colours in natural products. After originally planning on all our bars being one colour, we realised bath time was easier when you could identify what you were using by sight, rather than having to sniff it!

That’s why we now have two coloured bars. Itchy Dog - Pink, and Dirty Dog - Green. These are coloured with natural colours we produce ourselves. 

Vegan
All of our products are plant-based and vegan.

Orangutang Friendly - aka Palm Oil Free
We love orangutangs. And rainforests. That’s why we make sure our bars are palm oil free by sourcing ingredients from suppliers who commit to this.

Pocket Friendly
Because our shampoo bars do not contain water they work out cheaper in the long term than liquid shampoo as you use far less. Depending on how often you wash your dog (and your dog’s size) it is possible to make a shampoo bar last for several months.
 

Doggy Skin Friendly - aka PH neutral
Dogs’ skin mantle has a different PH to that of humans (approximately PH7 rather than PH4-5) that’s why human products just aren’t right for our furry friends. Our shampoo bars have been produced to be PH neutral and just right for doggy skin.

Kind to your furry friend
Our shampoo bars contain no preservatives, no unnecessary nasties, no artificial scents or colours, and heaps of natural ingredients like coconut oil, cocoa butter, and essential oils. 

The ingredients we use are naturally derived and we avoid the addition of unnecessary chemicals as much as possible. If you wouldn’t use it on yourself, why would you use it on your pooch?
